Application Conditions(Common types)

a) For Work

1. Worked in China for 4 years continuously (in which they need to stay in China for no less than 6 months each year).

2. The annual salary of 510,000 RMB(before tax) or more for 4 years continuously.

3. The paid an annual tax of 102,000 RMB or more for 4 years continuously.

4. Have stable living security and residence, no criminal record, good health.

b) For Reunion

1. If your spouse holds a registered Suzhou + Suzhou residence.

2. You have been married for 5 years.

3. You need to stay in China for no less than 9 months each year.
